Partially suported by grant funding, The GG Society Fellowship is a 1-year executive leadership program. It is a facilitated conversation rooted in the neurobiology of leadership, and a collaborative effort hinging upon objective relationships and a supremely tactical use of resources. The GG Society Fellowships transfer knowledge and perspective from the philanthropy world into the front-line, transcending the silos between donors and donees and answering specific questions such as “What do my funders actually want?” or “How do I double my impact without doubling my budget?” and “How can I do it all efficiently and without burning out?”   The program started with two pilot Fellowship cohorts and is currently in its third year. To respond to the great demand, we increased the maximum number of participant in each cohort to 12, and added a third cohort.
