Grant is a researcher, educator and consultant in the fields of Design Thinking, Design Strategy, and Business Innovation, with over 25 years of experience working with international companies in many differing domains, he is committed to instigating positive change through design at both social and enterprise levels. A former Associate Professor of Design with a class-leading European business school, he considers that researching the human at the center of any innovation endeavor, be it developing Businesses, User Experience, Service or Product Design is key to implementing successful strategy.
He believes in the power of authentic conversations and is a skilled facilitator who has helped many individuals including MBA students and business executives release their inner creativity to pinpoint innovation opportunities.
In his spare time he is a passionate motorcyclist, squash player, kite flyer and father of two dynamic monsters!
